Hourly Rate: $35.00 + Penalties
Location: Heatherbrae
3 Days a week

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Answering and directing phone calls and responding to emails
Invoice + Time sheet
Supporting the team with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting organization
Assisting with invoicing, reporting, and general office duties
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
Other duties as required to support the office and team
What you need:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A proactive approach with a can-do attitude
Availability for 3 or 4 days per week (22.5-24 hours per week)
Right to work documents
