About our client
Our client is one of Queensland and Tasmania's most well-known operators in Civil Construction, Quarries, Concrete, Construction Material Testing, Plant Hire, Transport, Asset Servicing and Industrial Service.
About the role
Our client is currently seeking a Skilled Civil Leading Hand for multiple Roadworks and Earthworks projects around the Noosa Region.
Duties
Manage a team of 5-10 workers
Implement SWMS and leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements
Scheduling, forecasting and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors
Coordinating with the engineering team to develop and maintain project programs
Providing weekly/monthly program updates
Recording daily productivity targets and documenting delays and issues
Resolving daily site issues
What you will need
Open Driver's Licence + reliable transport
Previous civil Leading Hand experience
Previous earthworks experience
Construction White/Blue Card
Operating tickets are desirable (roller, moxy, loader, posi track, excavator)
Must be available to work the occasional Saturday
