Our leading global mining client is proud to be a leading Australian producer of premium quality hard coking coal for export steel markets within Central Queensland's Bowen Basin, with additional joint ventures in steel making coal, copper and manganese across Northwest Queensland and Western Australia. With steelmaking coal being an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world, this is an fantastic opportunity to join a leading growing? client with a focus on sustainability, innovation and progression within the workforce and supporting local communities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will become a part of a busy mine as a Dump Truck Operator. You will be operating Dump Trucks such as CAT 797 & KOM 830E within a coal mining setting at Dawson as well as other associated equipment. You will be working a 7/7 rotating day and night Roster. Roles are available for residential (for non residents Camp Supplied) & DIDO

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous experience operating CAT 797 & KOM 830E Dump Truck. (Minimum 12 months experience) within a production coal mining setting

• You will need to hold a current or be willing to obtain a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years.

• SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
