About Our Client:

About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking E&I Project Coordinators to join the Sustaining Capital CLAHDO Project Team in Cape Lambert. This a FIFO position where the successful candidate will provide site leadership, management and construction expertise to deliver the project in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Manage on-site project implementation and coordinate contractors to ensure smooth execution.
Support the Construction Lead and Project Engineers in overseeing contractor reports on cost, quality, schedule, delivery, and safety.
Ensure compliance with Rio Tinto standards in collaboration with Project Advisors for all construction activities.
Address schedule impacts and implement realignment strategies.
Identify improvement opportunities during project delivery.
Support QA/QC teams in verifying standards compliance and reviewing ITR/ITP.
Assist in compiling punch lists and coordinating with contractors during commissioning.
Verify contractor timesheets and prepare daily site logs and handover reports.
Attend daily operation updates during shutdowns.
Skills & Experience Required:
Excellent stakeholder management.
Proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary projects (i.e., building, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, civil and earthworks).
Experience with building fabrication and construction within a brownfield environment.
Exposure to RTIO Processes and systems advantageous (particularly in Project Delivery teams).
A current C Class drivers license
