About the client

Our clients experienced, engineering team can adapt their own range of Ground, Engaging Tools (GET), buckets, blades and associated products to support the diversity and challenges of the global mining environment.

About the role:

Youwill be responsible for the following:

• Diagnose and repair faults on electrical fixed plant machinery, equipment, and infrastructure e.g., control circuits, motors, and LV circuits

• Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical fixed plant machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Work in conjunction with other Maintenance team members and production operators.

• Electrical installations in accordance with Australian Standards and Regulations supervised by the site in-house licence holder (nominee).

• Statutory testing e.g., RCD testing, testing and tagging portable appliances, emergency lighting etc.

• Complete risk assessments as required e.g. Take 5s and JSAs

• Normal time $53.00

• Time and a half $79.50

• Double time $106.00

Requirements for role:

• WA electrical licence

• Industrial experience

• Instrumentation experience

• Experience repairing welding equipment

• Familiarity to PLCs, VSDs and control systems

• High Voltage switching

• High Risk Work Licences: Elevated Work Platform & Forklift

• Recent LV Rescue & Provide CPR training
