$40.63 per hour Base + Penalties
Monday to Friday, Day shift only
We are seeking two experienced Waste Management Operators to join our team in Townsville. This role involves local bin pick-up and drop-off services to commercial businesses. This is a great opportunity for skilled operators to secure long-term employment with the potential to go permanent after four months.
What You Will Be Doing
Operate waste collection vehicles including hook, liquid, or front lift trucks.
Perform bin pick-up and drop-off services efficiently and safely.
Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to daily schedules.
Ensure all waste is handled in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-start checks and general maintenance on vehicles as required.
What You Will Need
Current HR Licence and experience
Previous experience in hook, liquid, or front lift is desirable but not an essential
Ability to pass a Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen (DAS)
Police Clearance.
Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
