We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support payroll, purchasing, and general office tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a sense of humour, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

About The Position:
Process payroll and data entry for company payroll staff and contingent workforce
Capture revenue and manage job costing for customer invoicing
Support purchasing and cost capture activities
Maintain training records and provide plant maintenance admin support
Assist with accounts payable processes and handle document archiving
Perform general office/admin tasks, including managing stationery and PPE orders
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensure accurate payroll processing and data validation
Capture revenue and manage job costing for invoicing purposes
Support purchasing processes and maintain cost records
Maintain up-to-date training records and provide admin support for plant maintenance
Assist with accounts payable and handle document archiving
Manage general office tasks and support the team with various admin needs
Skills and Experience:
Previous admin experience is essential
Experience with spreadsheets and Google G Suite is desirable
Exposure to payroll/data entry and purchasing processes is desirable
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone and FaceTime
Ability to learn new systems
