LV Mechanic Wanted
Monday to Friday(Day shift only)
8-Hour Days with Potential OT on Saturdays
$45 hourly rate plus penalties
Our client is looking for a LV Mechanic to join their team in the Mackay workshop, where you will be servicing and maintaining light vehicles with the potential to upskill into a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
What you will be doing:
The ideal candidate can perform servicing and maintenance on light vehicles and some heavy mining vehicles, ensuring they operate at peak performance and refurbish parts to extend the lifespan of critical equipment. You will also apply your skills and knowledge to complete light and heavy vehicle safety and roadworthy inspections.
What you will need:
Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic with a strong background in servicing light vehicles
Desire to develop the skillset to perform servicing and maintenance on mining machinery, including loaders, trucks, graders, and more.
Mandatory requirements
Valid Drivers License
Trade Certificate
