ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a leading Australian Mining and Resource client with operations and exploration projects across the Bowen and Surat basins, with four major coal-producing assets supplying metallurgical coal to a global market. They hold a strong track record of performance in developing, operating and rehabilitating coal resources to produce export metallurgical coal for steel making.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this role you will be required to operate within the Production Department on site as a Multi Skilled Operator. You will be required to operate the following machinery: CAT 993, 994 Loaders and 30T Diggers. You will be required to work a 9 day fortnight roster of days only, this role is suitable for Residential or DIDO candidates (camp available). This site is listed as a non-smoking site.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Previous mining experience operating, with a minimum skill of CAT 993, 994 Loaders? and 30T Diggers(Minimum 12 months experience) within a production coal mining setting
You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
A willingness to work dayshift only
The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment prior to commencement
