About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking a People Logistics Administrator to join our leading mining client in Roxby Downs. This role is open to both residential candidates and FIFO from Adelaide for an initial duration of three months. The position will start with a Monday to Friday roster during the training period, and then transition to a 7 days on, 7 days off roster.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Travel and accommodation bookings
Stakeholder engagement and customer service enquiries
Site communications
Arranging site access
Contractor onboarding
Skills & Experience Required:
FIFO travel booking experience, using SAM and/or InFlight
Experience in a customer service focused role.
Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working in a team setting as well as working on tasks independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams).
Current drivers licence
