About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an Production Planner to join our clients team for an initial 6 months duration, Monday to Friday roster. The Service Production Planner is responsible for the coordination and management of the key tasks pertaining to customer repair products and processes, the role includes customer support for enquiries regarding price and availability for standard exchange customer pool equipment. Schedule administration activities to maximize the use of the organization's resources while meeting customer schedules,they will be responsible for consulting with all key stakeholders, both internal and external; to ensure fulfilment of all commercial aspects of a Purchase Order contract from receipt to order completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Day to day planning functions
Manage, monitor, and maintain customer orders via Sap and Excel
Updating customer ordering and expedite systems (Ariba)
Consulting with other teams to ensure deliveries.
Assisting Service Lead with expediting Parts from Suppliers (Internal & External)
Ensuring personal performance and team environment meets business goals.
Skills & Experience Required:
High school or equivalent
Engineering trade or similar
SAP knowledge and experience
Previous experience in similar role.
