About the Position

WorkPac are seeking an Expediting Coordinator to join our mining client to join their Warehouse and Logistics team. The primary purpose of the role is to optimise parts availability for planned maintenance activity, by creating and maintaining strong supplier relationships, understanding live inbound supply chain constraints, and providing comprehensive parts availability reports to support tactical scheduling.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Optimise parts availability for planned maintenance activity

• understanding live inbound supply chain constraints

• providing comprehensive parts availability reports to support tactical scheduling

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience within supply chain (purchase to pay, warehousing or inventory)

• Strong customer service background.

• SAP knowledge required

• Good understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling.
