Position: Rental Officer
Salary: $65,000 plus superannuation
Location: Townsville
About the Role:
As a Rental Officer, you'll be at the heart of our vehicle rental operations, handling everything from taking reservations and conducting pre-hire and post-hire inspections to managing yard stocktakes. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough pre-hire and post-hire vehicle inspections.
- Perform yard stocktakes and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all vehicles meet company standards and client needs.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within transport or rental activities.
- MR driver license or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle configurations is advantageous.
