About the Role:

Join an ever expanding team working in the mining industry. You will be responsible for mobilsing staff to various mine sites across the Pilbara region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking medicals

  • Booking travel requirements

  • Collecting personal information

  • General administration

  • Record keeping

  • Liaising with staff

  • Working effectively to ensure that staff are mobilsed and ready for site by the required date

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in Site mobilisation administration

  • Strong client liaison skills

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word & Excel

  • Good organisational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Be proactive, punctual, reliable and available ad-hoc for Project Managers & Admin team

  • Excellent team player

  • Computer literate

  • Communication skills, both written & verbal

  • Well-presented and professional
