Service Truck Operator
$63.76-67.44/hour + super paid on all rostered shifts
7/7 Wednesday to Tuesday - FIFO funded ex Brisbane & Cairns
Under 10 minutes travel to and from work to site
About Our Client
Our client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. They operate seven Bowen Basin mine sites with roles available across the operations with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
What you will be Doing
You will be working as a Serviceman/Service Truck Operator on a coal mine near Moranbah within the Overburden/Prestrip Department. In this role you will be responsible for refuelling, greasing, checking fluids and reporting faults on various mobile plant equipment such as Dump Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Watercarts and Excavators. You will be working a Wednesday to Tuesday 7/7 rotating roster. These roles are available to residential (Moranbah), DIDO and FIFO (Brisbane & Cairns) candidates.
What you will need
Previous experience working as a Serviceman or Service Truck Operator within a coal mining setting
You will be required to hold the Service Mine Plant and Machinery qualification
You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
