About the Position:
Workpac are currently seeking an experienced customer service officer, supporting the safe and efficient movement of Rio Tinto personnel across the Pilbara region. Our ideal candidate is motivated by a fast-paced and dynamic work environment & is committed to delivering a high level of customer service. The role is located at Rio Tinto, Central Park Perth on a 5:2 roster Mon/Fri, 8hr days. This is a 12-Month casual contract, with the possibility of extension & conversion to Workpac FTE after 12-Month with the team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating travel bookings for flights, accommodation, and vehicles, using In Flight, Concur, RTTMS
Providing support to RTIO personnel with travel-related queries or feedback via phone or email
Providing reliable and service-focused communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Auditing/Reporting to troubleshoot processing errors, identify training opportunities and process improvements
Supporting the Offshore Travel Team with queries, queue-management, & processing requests via Rio Tinto Ticketing Management System (RTTMS)
Managing accommodation discrepancies and resolving errors
Cross-team training and support across the RTIO Travel Team
Inbox management
Rotational emergency after-hours support
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Ability to meet strict deadlines & excel in a high performing team
Good problem-solving skills & attention to detail
Ability to multi-task & strong time-management
Ability to work collaboratively with all team members or work autonomously, as required
Strong written & verbal communication
Experience with Rio Tinto systems - Inflight, RTTMS, SAP, Concur (preferable)
Microsoft office skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
