Warehouse Leading Hand

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Leading Hand, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of safety and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Oversee inventory control, including stock management and order fulfillment.

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and communication.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

• Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• 3-5 years of experience in a warehousing supervisor or leadership role.

• At least 2 years of experience operating forklifts and performing maintenance tasks.
