WorkPac are seeking Loader Operators for positions at our clients transfer stations in Artarmon, Ryde, and Rockdale. These are temp-to-perm roles offering a competitive base rate of $41.95 per hour with potential for overtime. Each location has specific shift patterns, and you will be responsible for operating earthmoving equipment and ensuring efficient waste management.

About The Client

Our client is a leading provider of waste management and environmental services, committed to delivering sustainable solutions for communities. They are known for their innovative approach and dedication to excellence in waste management and environmental protection.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operating earthmoving equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, forklifts, and Front-End Loaders.

• Excavating and loading dry waste including metal, wood, and general rubbish.

• Assisting drivers and the public with proper waste placement to ensure effective spreading.

• Maintaining and operating vehicles and equipment according to established procedures.

• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional image at all times.

What You Will Need

• NSW Class C driverâs licence

• A valid Excavator, Roller, or Forklift Licence.

• Previous experience operating earthmoving equipment.

• Ability to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.

• Experience in the waste industry is highly desirable but not essential.
