Yard Supervisor

WorkPac are seeking a Labourer / Yard Hand, where youâll play a key role in supporting our clients operations. You'll be involved in handling materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting with general labouring duties on-site. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our yard and construction activities.

About The Client

Our client is a prominent player in the piling and foundations industry, known for delivering exceptional services and solutions. Located in Kurri Kurri, they offer a dynamic work environment where every team memberâs contribution is valued.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with general labouring duties to support ongoing projects.

• Organising and maintaining the yard, ensuring proper storage of equipment and materials.

• Loading and unloading materials, following safety standards.

• Operating and maintaining machinery as needed.

• Adhering to all safety protocols and contributing to a safe work environment.

• Performing additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in a labouring or yard hand role is advantageous but not essential.

• Basic skills in machinery and equipment operation.

• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

• White Card (mandatory)

• A valid driverâs licence is preferred.
